not hoisted before 19 May
- Typhoon signal is hoisted in the morning or afternoon
of 19 May 2006, after the conference is started -
cancel the program for the rest of the day on 19
May, continue the program on 20 and 21 May.
- Typhoon signal is hoisted in the morning or afternoon
of 20 May 2006, after the conference is started -
cancel the program for the rest of the day, continue
program on 21 May.
- Typhoon signal is hoisted in the morning of 21
May 2006, after the conference is started - cancel
the program of the rest of the day.
